This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer environments, business goals, security concerns, and compliance needs.
• Create and deliver customized Cyera solutions that effectively address customer requirements related to data security, governance, and risk management.
• Execute product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architecture evaluations.
• Assist customers in planning deployments, designing integrations, and implementing operational best practices.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the sales process and develop strategies for technical success.
• Act as the main technical advisor throughout evaluation and onboarding processes.
• Work alongside the Customer Success team to guarantee successful adoption and realization of long-term customer value.
• Cultivate and maintain knowledge of cloud platforms, data security technologies, identity systems, and security frameworks.
• Collect customer requirements and relay opportunities for product improvements to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Produce technical documentation, reference architectures, and training materials.
• Represent Cyera at industry events, webinars, customer interactions, and conferences.
• Over 5 years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Security Consulting, Cloud Architecture, or other related customer-facing technical positions.
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles and enterprise security architectures.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with data security, data governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), SIEM, CSPM, DSPM, CNAPP, or similar security technologies.
• Capability to convey complex technical concepts in terms of business value for both technical and executive audiences.
• Experience in leading technical evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops.
• Outstanding presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a consultative, customer-centric approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
