Solutions Architect – D365 ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Project Operations (“D365”) projects, encompassing analysis, design, development, testing, training, cutover, operations, and support.

• Oversee client interactions and facilitate workshops to establish business requirements essential for a successful D365 implementation.

• Ensure that these requirements are documented in Business Scenario Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Stories as per project specifications, utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Conduct Conference Room Pilots to demonstrate the D365 solution to clients.

• Create example deliverables for team members, including design documents for intricate customizations and report modifications, as well as data mapping and importation into D365 using data entities.

• Manage field mapping between D365 and other integrated systems.

• Review design documents for customizations and reports for D365, along with data mapping and integration mapping prepared by other team members.

• Ensure that design documents address boundary conditions and encompass thorough test scenarios.

• Supervise the configuration of D365 for Finance and Project Operations as necessary.

• Guarantee a high-quality solution by leading testing efforts, including functional testing, integration testing, and automated testing through the Regression suite automation test tool.

• Perform data mapping, data migration, and data import into D365.

• Facilitate training for D365 and related systems for clients and other Unify Dots team members.

• Manage pre-go live cutover and post-go live support for clients, addressing any issues and escalating to Microsoft for assistance as needed.

• Provide pre-sales support as required.

• Conduct two training sessions annually at Unify University.

• Author 3-4 D365 ERP functional blog articles each year for the Unify Dots blog.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Finance and Dynamics AX2012R3.

• Proficiency in D365 Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Expense Management, and PMA is essential.

• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Inventory, and Master Planning is necessary.

• Conversational proficiency in the English language.

• CA or CPA certification would be a valuable asset.
