Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive solution architectures for enterprise-wide Finance Transformation projects.

• Work collaboratively with finance, business, and technology stakeholders to evaluate processes and establish future-state solutions.

• Convert business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical architectures.

• Propel transformation initiatives across financial planning, reporting, reconciliation, close management, and process enhancement.

• Outline integration strategies for finance platforms, ERP systems, reporting tools, and enterprise applications.

• Assess technology landscapes and suggest enhancements for scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Facilitate solution design workshops, architecture evaluations, and technical discussions.

• Produce architecture documentation, solution blueprints, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and performance standards.

• Offer technical support to implementation teams and address architectural challenges.

• Investigate emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Partner with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to guarantee timely and successful project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, or Finance Technology.

• Profound knowledge in Finance Transformation along with a solid understanding of finance processes, accounting operations, and enterprise financial systems.

• Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale architectures for finance modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with ERP platforms, financial reporting solutions, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.

• Experience in integrating finance applications using APIs, middleware, and contemporary integration technologies.

• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and technology governance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including experience working with business and executive leadership.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise integration patterns, data architecture, and automation technologies is a plus.

• Experience in Agile delivery environments and with cross-functional technology teams.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
