Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Engage in the pre-sales phase to identify and resolve customer challenges through implementation.

• Collaborate with customers to enhance existing projects and maximize their success rate by co-creating product development.

• Directly contribute to the evolution of the Tailor Platform.

• Leverage your background as a solution architect to proactively determine and select your expected role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience involved in customer decision-making as a client-facing or support representative.

• Experience delivering presentations to technical personnel and executive management.

• Proficient in technical communication in Japanese at a native level.

• Must be available for office work primarily on-site.
