Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of intricate, multi-system solutions.

• Collaborate with the sales team on technically challenging opportunities.

• Establish standards for the Solutions Engineering team's implementation approach.

• Offer architectural direction to Solutions Engineers and Specialists.

• Design AI and automated workflow architectures for clients.

• Investigate and assess new platform capabilities, integration methods, and AI tools.

• Produce architectural documentation, decision frameworks, and design patterns.

• Act as a subject matter expert on best practices in system design and implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solution design, system architecture, or technical consulting.

• Extensive expertise in at least one core platform from our partner ecosystem (Zendesk, Zoom CX, Workato, Observe.ai).

• Significant experience in designing AI-driven systems.

• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, and integration architecture.

• Strong instincts for pre-sales activities.

• Capability to mentor and uplift team members.

• Communication skills that align with your technical expertise.

• Comprehensive understanding of how AI can enhance business processes and customer experience environments.
