This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• The Microsoft Solutions Architect delivers senior-level consulting services, project scoping, implementation, and technical remediation for clients in Professional Services.
• Responsible for designing, implementing, and resolving complex solutions across a wide array of technologies, primarily focusing on the complete suite of Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• Engaging in highly visible project work and offering consultation for Managed Solution’s professional services clientele.
• Architects comprehensive end-state solutions and migration/implementation strategies for extensive deployments/build-outs of technical environments.
• Collaborates with clients to ascertain technical needs; designs solutions; and executes project tasks.
• Provides architecture, consulting, project implementation, and high-level troubleshooting expertise.
• Engages in project work within the Microsoft Modern Workplace suite (Viva, SharePoint, EMS, and Power Platform).
• Serves as project lead for designated projects, guiding others in the completion of project assignments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years in an IT role, including at least 8 years of pertinent consultative or professional services experience at an MSP or other outsourced IT providers.
• At least 5 years of experience in migrating/deploying cloud infrastructure (Azure, Office365) is mandatory.
• Proven success as a consultant for Microsoft services across diverse customer contexts, ranging from SMBs to large enterprises.
• Flexibility to consult and operate in both SMB and enterprise environments is essential for this position.
• Demonstrated understanding of M365 architecture trends, technical conditions, and future directions.
• Proven track record of success in a presales role.
• High levels of project ownership and accountability in a results-driven environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
• Excellent documentation skills and adherence to repeatable standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor and providing outstanding customer service.
• PTO – accumulate up to 10 days in the first year; 15 days in the second year; and 20 days in the third year and beyond.
