Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive solutions that seamlessly integrate Interval’s data-exchange, privacy, and AI features with clients' existing cloud warehouses, lakehouses, and BI systems.

• Facilitate technical discovery and design workshops with data, analytics, and machine learning teams; create reference architectures, sequence diagrams, and implementation strategies.

• Develop and execute prototypes and proofs of concept demonstrating secure LLM workflows, private model training, and regulated data sharing on Interval’s EVM-backed network.

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders—including CTOs, CDOs, and Heads of AI—on critical issues such as data governance, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and ML operations best practices.

• Work collaboratively across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to guide roadmap priorities and ensure customer success.

• Generate reusable assets and enablement materials that promote architectural best practices throughout the organization.

• Advocate for Interval by participating in conferences, writing blog posts, and contributing to the modern data stack and open-source AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise SaaS or cloud data solutions, with recent senior-level accountability for architecture or presales design.

• Extensive hands-on experience with at least one of the following: Databricks, Snowflake, GCP, AWS, or Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Familiarity with machine learning and LLM workflows (vector databases, embedding pipelines, fine-tuning, RLHF) as well as the associated ML-Ops toolchain.

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python preferred); capable of interpreting infrastructure-as-code.

• Strong understanding of contemporary data governance, security, and compliance practices (encryption, Identity and Access Management, row/column-level security).

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities—you can conceptualize complex systems on a whiteboard and engage effectively with both executive and engineering audiences.
