This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.
• Create comprehensive, end-to-end technical solutions that align with project objectives, enterprise architecture, and technological standards.
• Formulate solution roadmaps, technical architectures, and design documentation.
• Conduct validation of solution designs, debugging, and performance assessments.
• Lead and assist in the development of proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to validate suggested solutions.
• Offer technical guidance to development and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and authenticate solution designs from team members to ensure quality and uniformity.
• Collaborate with development teams to oversee solution implementation, integration, and deployment.
• Document and advocate for best practices and reusable solution patterns.
• Support BPA/task order kickoff meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting documentation.
• Ensure deliverables comply with contractual, quality assurance, and reporting standards.
• Provide support for cloud-based architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous enhancement of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure solutions adhere to federal security, privacy, and compliance requirements, including HHS policies and Section 508.
• Support system transitions, deployments, and operational readiness procedures.
• Assist in operations and maintenance (O&M) planning and sustainability.
• Over 7 years of experience in solution architecture, systems design, or software engineering roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing enterprise or cloud-based solutions.
• Strong grasp of SDLC methodologies, with a preference for Agile/DevOps.
• Familiarity with federal IT frameworks such as EPLC and CPIC.
• Capability to lead technical teams while effectively communicating with stakeholders.
