Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively develop software solutions, engaging in the creation and upkeep of essential systems.

• Offer technical guidance to the team, encouraging best practices, conducting code reviews, and ensuring technical excellence.

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of system architecture, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.

• Make informed technical decisions that align with the company and product strategy.

• Assist the engineering team in leveraging modern tools and practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability).

• Collaborate with product and business teams to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Foster the technical development of the team through mentoring, sharing best practices, and reviewing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Software Architect or Technical Lead.

• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.

• Familiarity with relational databases.

• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services (EKS, RDS, S3, etc.).

• Knowledge of Ionic or other hybrid mobile frameworks.

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• Background in distributed systems and microservices architecture.

• Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.) and observability practices.

• Experience in B2C or SaaS environments.

• Awareness of DevOps practices.
