This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding Blockdaemon's Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products, assisting customers throughout technical assessments and implementations.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives and potential clients to showcase product compatibility, fulfill technical requirements, and successfully close deals.
• Enhance our Land and Expand strategy for significant institutional clients by leading professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations to boost product adoption.
• Comprehend customer business needs and workflows to effectively position Blockdaemon products and design customized solutions that optimize value.
• Work in partnership with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback, guarantee feature readiness, and continuously enhance our offerings.
• Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences and webinars while creating best-practice documentation that integrates customer insights and industry knowledge.
• Provide tailored presentations and product demonstrations to various audiences, ranging from engineers to executives, adjusting technical details to ensure clarity and engagement.
• Over 10 years of total work experience, including at least 5 years in a solutions architect role or a comparable position.
• Proficiency in multiple development languages (e.g., Typescript, Solidity, Rust, Go), blockchain development frameworks and SDKs, as well as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of the institutional digital asset landscape, encompassing the operational and security concerns unique to banks, asset managers, and other regulated entities.
• Demonstrated success in supporting enterprise sales cycles in a pre-sales or solutions role, including scoping, proof-of-value demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
• Experience collaborating directly with Tier 1 financial institutions or other large, security-conscious organizations, preferably within the EMEA region.
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences, customizing presentations for stakeholders from engineers to C-level executives.
• Familiarity with enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001 expectations, API authentication, and secure deployment models.
• Excellent written communication skills, with a background in producing technical documentation, best-practice guides, and architecture diagrams.
