Solutions Architect – AI Factory Infrastructure DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in designing and scaling high-performance, distributed AI infrastructure both on-premises and in the cloud, utilizing the latest NVIDIA GPU supercomputers for new and existing clients.

• Serve as a technical expert on GPU and networking products, providing direct support to sales account managers to secure successful builds.

• Proactively develop and maintain technical relationships with engineers, management, and architects at key customer accounts.

• Identify customer architectures and essential product requirements in the CSP/OEM AI sector to effectively implement NVIDIA's solutions.

• Deliver on-site assistance to address hardware and software issues, emphasizing deep learning inference.

• Oversee the product throughout its entire lifecycle, from design-in to end-of-life, ensuring meticulous execution and customer satisfaction.

• Continuously manage the NVIDIA aspect of infrastructure components and gather insights from customer sites.

• Provide technical and sales training to direct sales teams and channel partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of relevant work experience in high-tech IT companies, with expertise in NCP, CSP, site reliability, and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Linux KVM.

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Slurm, Docker, etc.

• Proficient in AI tools (Claud, Codex, Perplexity, etc.), Redfish, Grafana, and Prometheus.

• Exceptional ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities effectively.

• Strong time-management and interpersonal skills for coordinating complex projects.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the capability to collaborate efficiently with both management and engineering teams.
