📋 Description

• Accelerate the sales process while safeguarding RD Station's recurring revenue.

• Conduct technical assessments of complex sales opportunities to ensure alignment with customer business needs.

• Create process flows and data architectures utilizing Miro.

• Develop swift proof-of-concepts using tools like Make or n8n.

• Build agile integrations to fill product gaps.

• Engage with strategic accounts facing cancellation risks by crafting tailored solutions.

• Assist in proactive account retention and growth.

• Design integrations and customized solutions to enhance customer value.

• Advanced expertise in integration tools such as Make, n8n, and MCPs.

• Proficient in process mapping and documentation using Miro.

• Extensive knowledge of API architecture and integration.
