Solutions Analyst – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a Product Owner on agile initiatives, accountable for the creation of innovative products and solutions.

• Collaborate with the architecture team to convert business requirements into Epics and User Stories.

• Guide teams and eliminate obstacles to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead problem-solving efforts and foster continuous improvement of solutions.

• Identify stakeholders and inspire working groups.

• Work alongside development teams to ensure they grasp the product or project vision.

• Create comprehensive product or project specifications.

• Define acceptance criteria for user stories and address team inquiries.

• Recognize gaps and feature redundancies alongside other Solutions Analysts.

• Manage internal documentation for products and projects.

• Ensure deliverables are visible, clear, and transparent.

• Analyze regulations, gather requirements, and prepare technical documentation.

• Generate reports and deliver presentations for both internal and external audiences.

• Provide Level 3 support to cooperatives regarding the solutions and products you oversee.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of product and process features, rules, objectives, and positioning.

• Deliver high-value products and processes that benefit the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Excellent communication abilities and a comprehensive systems perspective.

• Proven experience in requirements analysis.

• Proficiency in business process mapping and modeling.

• Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies (PMI) and/or agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience dealing with financial products.

• Understanding of technical and financial feasibility concepts.
