Solutions Analyst – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Owner in agile initiatives, accountable for the design of products and innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with architecture teams to convert business requirements into epics and user stories.

• Support teams and eliminate obstacles to guarantee effective project execution.

• Lead the resolution of issues and foster continuous enhancement of solutions.

• Identify stakeholders and inspire working groups.

• Partner with development teams to ensure comprehension of the product vision and the delivery of robust, reusable features.

• Create comprehensive product and project specifications.

• Establish acceptance criteria for user stories and address any inquiries from the team.

• Detect gaps and overlaps in features alongside other Solutions Analysts.

• Oversee internal product and project documentation.

• Ensure that deliveries are visible, clear, and transparent.

• Research regulations, collect requirements, and prepare technical documentation.

• Compile reports and present internally and externally.

• Provide third-level support to cooperatives regarding the solutions and products for which you are responsible.

• Utilize consistent knowledge of product and process attributes, rules, objectives, and positioning.

• Deliver high-value products and processes for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• Strong communication skills and a systems thinking mindset.

• Proven experience in requirements analysis.

• Background in mapping and modeling business processes.

• Familiarity with traditional project management methodologies (PMI) and/or agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience with financial products.

• Understanding of technical and financial feasibility.
