Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain demo assets — Create, configure, and keep the demo environments and assets up to date for our Solutions Consulting and Sales teams.

• Assist with RFP and proposal processes — Help in sourcing, interpreting, and communicating technical, security, and privacy details in response to client and prospect inquiries.

• Oversee knowledge bases — Take ownership of the organization and ongoing maintenance of internal knowledge resources, ensuring content remains accurate, accessible, and current.

• Become a proficient Introhive platform user — Gain a deep understanding of how our product functions, its integration with other systems, and the challenges our customers are addressing.

• Introduce new technological insights — Actively present ideas grounded in AI, automation, emerging tools, and industry trends to uncover opportunities for innovation.

• Collaborate with GTM and Product teams — Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Product teams to enhance the full customer and prospect lifecycle.

• Shadow experienced Solutions Consultants — Cultivate technical, business, and customer-facing skills.

• Travel as required — Attend company events and meet clients as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in technical, pre-sales, consulting, or SaaS-related positions.

• Familiarity with or practical experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

• A basic understanding of APIs, data flows, and how contemporary SaaS applications connect and interact.

• A foundational knowledge of information security principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience or familiarity with tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly advantageous.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• A collaborative, team-focused mindset.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities at once.

• Willingness to accept mentorship, feedback, and pursue ongoing development.
