This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and senior leadership to facilitate sales opportunities and strategic customer interactions.
• Convert discovery insights into organized analyses, which encompass: Pricing models, Cost structures, ROI, and outcome-driven business cases.
• Collect and integrate data from cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to guide solution design and pricing strategies.
• Create and sustain comprehensive financial models in Excel or Google Sheets to accommodate intricate deal frameworks.
• Formulate clear, data-supported narratives and recommendations to aid in solution strategy decisions.
• Assist in the development of customer-facing documents, including proposals and executive presentations.
• Facilitate service design choices by evaluating operational inputs (e.g., volumes, handle times, staffing assumptions).
• Recognize opportunities to enhance tools, templates, and processes that promote scalable and efficient pricing and analysis.
• Utilize AI tools to expedite analysis, enhance output quality, and foster innovation within the Solutions team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (EFSET C2 required).
• Over 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, or comparable analytical position.
• Familiarity with or interest in service design, process enhancement, or operational strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), including complex formulas, data modeling, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and autonomously seek solutions.
• Skill in translating data into clear insights, recommendations, and business narratives.
• Excellent written communication skills; adept at working in a highly asynchronous, Slack-driven environment.
• Experience in creating presentations (Google Slides, PowerPoint) for both internal and external stakeholders, including executive audiences.
• High attention to detail with a strong sense of accountability for outputs and deliverables.
• Competent in cross-functional collaboration and navigating multiple data sources and stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, copilots, automation tools) in daily tasks.
• A sense of curiosity and a willingness to experiment with AI to enhance workflows and outputs.
• Interest in contributing to the evolution of Crescendo's AI-first approach to customer experience solutions and pricing.
