This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
• Cultivates new business opportunities for IQVIA’s strategy and analytics offerings.
• Tasked with discovering, qualifying, and progressing revenue prospects within both new and existing accounts in the hospital and health systems sector.
• Facilitates growth and revenue for designated strategy and analytics solutions by collaborating with leaders in hospitals and health systems to tackle strategic, operational, and performance challenges.
• Acts as a subject-matter expert for designated products.
• Works alongside Account Executives and wider account teams to develop account strategies, prioritize opportunities, and position solutions in alignment with client goals.
• Collaborates with the Account Team to identify and validate opportunities for specific customers or territories.
• Engages with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including strategy, finance, marketing, physician relations, and executive leadership.
• Creates and presents compelling, insight-driven proposals and presentations that highlight IQVIA’s unique value proposition.
• Coordinates internal resources to craft solutions tailored to client-specific requirements.
• Retains ownership throughout the implementation process, ensuring successful delivery, user adoption, and client satisfaction.
• Pursues “starburst” opportunities within current customers to expand revenue channels across the IQVIA suite of services.
• Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience within the hospital and/or health systems sector is required.
• Strong comprehension of hospital and health system market dynamics, including service line strategy, referral patterns, market share, and financial performance.
• In-depth knowledge of one or more IQVIA specialty products and the impact these products can have when integrated into a client’s business processes.
• Familiarity with IQVIA’s core products, account management, and information solutions/consulting services portfolio.
• Understands how solutions are interwoven across the enterprise.
• Excellent presentation and writing abilities, capable of acting with urgency, and able to function independently as well as within a team setting.
• Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, clearly articulating complex concepts, and delivering polished presentations and written materials suitable for executives.
• Must possess a successful history of identifying and securing new business opportunities, while fostering positive relationships at all levels of client management and within the IQVIA sales, consulting, and marketing teams.
