• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Americas in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to analyze the sales pipeline and forecast revenue.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for the designated territory.
• Collaborate with Product Management to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product development and delivery.
• Position BitTitan as a thought leader in the US market by generating and sharing insights that enhance our regional service.
• Offer support, insights, and account management to BitTitan clients.
• Act as the primary contact for understanding the strategies of assigned accounts in order to align BitTitan product solutions with identified opportunities.
• Discover new revenue opportunities in prospective accounts and deepen existing relationships in managed accounts to optimize sales performance.
• Recognize and articulate customer needs while being knowledgeable about all company product offerings.
• Exhibit strong sales, technical, and communication capabilities, focusing on consultative solutions selling.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and sales teams to identify, develop, and finalize sales opportunities.
• Operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, particularly when addressing relationship challenges.
• Appropriately escalate account issues to management by clearly outlining the situation and proposing solutions.
• A BA/BS degree is required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in software sales.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is essential.
• Proven success in managing relationships with Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers.
• Experience in managing and closing complex sales cycles, including pre-sales activities.
• A solid network of Channel and Managed Service Provider contacts within the relevant territory.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations and sell technical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential.
