This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement a strategy to enhance the adoption of Service Collection within the Indian market
• Establish and communicate a clear vision for your designated territory
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Represent Service Collection at industry events and conferences
• Partner closely with management and various partners
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in business development
• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing customer acquisition goals
• Experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) / Customer Service Management sector
• Knowledge of mainstream service management solutions
• Experience working with clients in India
• Ability to collaborate with local System Integrator (SI) partners to address RFP/RFI requests
• Capable of making independent decisions to drive go-to-market campaigns
• Proficiency in English is essential
• ITIL certification is advantageous but not mandatory
