This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• The Solutions Sales Executive will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth in the DACH region by identifying, qualifying, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities with both potential and existing clients.

• Provide solution presentations to key customers.

• Create enterprise software license proposals.

• Negotiate contracts for enterprise software.

• Understand the customer decision-making process.

• Develop closing plans for anticipated business.

• Secure business deals in a timely manner.

• Fully grasp the unique value proposition offered by Sphera.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in selling Enterprise Software and Technology solutions to the Global 2000.

• Demonstrated success in closing large and complex sales; fosters and contributes to innovative deal-making; actively utilizes their role to finalize sales through appropriate channels and partnerships.

• Strong skills as a hunter.

• Experience must include negotiations, successful partnerships and/or joint ventures, with a track record of implementing effective sales strategies in evolving markets.

• Comprehends the product sales cycle and challenges, including competitors' strategies, and utilizes this insight to refine sales approaches.

• Effectively adapts and leverages products, services, and operations to compete successfully in challenging markets.

• Places utmost importance on customer satisfaction and is attentive to customer needs.

• Has personally secured significant deals and is well-respected, maintaining effective interpersonal relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.

• Enjoys engaging with customers and prospects, and is someone whom our sales team would be eager to involve in the sales process.

• Proven ability to work efficiently within a team-oriented environment and to navigate and excel in complex, heavily matrixed organizations.

• Strong relationship management skills are essential, including the ability to relate successfully to various individuals both externally and internally, and to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

• Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is required.

• Will show an eagerness to operate as an entrepreneur within Sphera and will not depend on large teams for support.

• Consistently meets or exceeds annual quota.

• Fluent in both German and English.
