Solution Sales Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical exploration and design of intricate, large-scale CCaaS solutions.

• Architect and showcase solutions that incorporate both embedded and third-party AI/ML services.

• Develop, tailor, and deliver engaging, high-impact product demonstrations.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor to the sales team and customer executives.

• Keep an expert-level understanding of the CCaaS competitive landscape.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in a technical pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture position.

• Over 5 years of experience in CCaaS/SaaS/Cloud contact center environments.

• Extensive, practical experience in designing and presenting modern cloud contact center reference architectures.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of AI in customer experience (CX).

• Proficiency in mapping and designing comprehensive customer journeys.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and business application integrations.

• Hands-on experience in building and demonstrating complex workflows.

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and whiteboarding abilities.

• Proficiency in local languages and English is required.
