Solution Marketing Lead – Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the VP of Marketing

• Oversee the go-to-market strategy, messaging, and solution storytelling for AI cloud and financial services workloads

• Establish positioning and value propositions for financial services workloads on the Nebius AI Cloud and Token Factory

• Develop solution narratives that encompass quantitative research, model training and fine-tuning, risk and portfolio modeling, market-data analysis, research copilots, fraud detection, trade surveillance, and agentic AI

• Construct messaging frameworks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling resources, and sales tools

• Create solution briefs, field playbooks, executive presentations, webinars, demo narratives, and thought leadership materials

• Equip sales teams and partners to effectively present Nebius to financial services executives, AI leaders, quantitative teams, and technical buyers

• Collaborate with downstream marketing on industry campaigns, account-specific programs, and event activations

• Direct joint solution marketing efforts with NVIDIA, ISVs, and the financial services technology ecosystem

• Assist in customer storytelling, public relations, analyst relations, and industry influencer programs

• Work alongside product, sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing teams to incorporate market requirements into the roadmap and drive measurable business impact

⛳️ Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in solution, product, or industry marketing, or technical go-to-market strategies

• In-depth knowledge of financial services, especially capital markets; experience in investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, quantitative finance, or capital markets technology is preferred

• Strong grasp of AI infrastructure and workflows, including training, fine-tuning, inference, agents, data pipelines, distributed computing, and GPU workloads

• Exceptional skill in translating complex technology into engaging industry narratives, customer value propositions, and business outcomes

• Proven track record in developing industry go-to-market strategies, enabling enterprise sales, and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders

• Comfortable creating new programs, messaging, and market positioning in a dynamic, high-growth environment

• Familiarity with leading cloud/AI platforms and the NVIDIA and capital markets technology ecosystem

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced degree preferred
