Senior Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial review activities.

• Perform monthly reviews of CapEx forecasts and collaborate with technology stakeholders to evaluate financial performance.

• Assess actual expenditures against the budget and forecasts, identifying significant risks, trends, and opportunities.

• Create financial reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to aid in decision-making.

• Oversee CapEx and OpEx expenditures, project budgets, and resource utilization.

• Facilitate financial governance processes, including funding approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.

• Develop financial models and conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions and enhance reporting accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting.

• Participate in regular internal practice community meetings.

• Work alongside the itD practice team to contribute to industry thought leadership.

• Complete client case studies and develop learning materials.

• Create materials that contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.

• Attend internal itD networking events.

• Collaborate with leadership to explore career fast-track opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Strong financial reporting and analytical abilities.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Experience in supporting Technology, Digital, or IT organizations.

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is mandatory.

• Direct W2 employment is required; sponsorship is not available.
