Solution Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of client requirements beyond standard product offerings.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of HealthEZ products and services.

• Engage in client meetings and assist with discussions on exception requests.

• Aid in defining the scope and rationale for exceptions and prepare business cases.

• Participate in Win Room meetings to assess requests and provide recommendations regarding feasibility, pricing impacts, implementation considerations, risks, and alternatives.

• Manage approved opportunities through solution development, stakeholder alignment, and readiness for implementation.

• Monitor and report results in relation to business-case assumptions.

• Lead cross-functional collaborations to evaluate the impact of custom solutions on personnel, processes, and systems.

• Facilitate alignment among stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure action items are completed.

• Maintain both internal and external documentation related to solutions.

• Transition documented plans to Implementation Managers and act as a review and escalation resource.

• Lead strategic initiatives during times of lower exception volume.

• Take on the role of Project Manager for new HealthEZ product launches as needed.

• Analyze trends in exceptions, gather feedback, assess market demands, and identify product gaps.

• Transform customer insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Operations, and leadership.

• Share insights with the Product team to inform future development and strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, client solutions, or product consulting, ideally within a TPA or health plan setting.

• In-depth understanding of healthcare benefits, claims processing, and administrative services.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts across departments.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.

• Familiarity with documentation tools and project management software is advantageous.
