This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in your designated territory.
• Develop and deliver CAD visuals (comprehensive training will be provided).
• Manage marketing and ensure fulfillment of sales pipeline/productivity metrics in accordance with the Company's sales code.
• Recognize consumer leads and sales through B2B2C opportunities and consumer networks.
• Stay informed as a product and solutions expert.
• Provide a premium customer experience by attending all relevant installations.
• Work collaboratively with various business functions to provide Total Wellness Solutions.
• Cooperate with finance for proactive customer credit collection.
• Manage CRM and quotation tools, ensuring market data is clean and up to date.
• Conduct weekly pipeline management reviews to enhance conversion rates (refuse to lose) and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Research and report on market, segment, and territory trends.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Sports & Exercise Science, or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in handling complex deals and selling solutions.
• Strong consultative selling approach and negotiation capabilities.
• Resilient prospector and business developer.
• Understanding of fitness products and their physiological benefits.
• Substantial experience with CRM software (Salesforce knowledge is advantageous).
• Proficient in social media, IT, and digital skills.
• Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills.
