Solution Engineer – Remote

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with talented engineers to create workflows that integrate over 80 tools, including CAD, simulation, costing, and more.

• Transform intricate challenges into automated solutions.

• Engage in weekly meetings with clients to address their inquiries and guide them on the optimal use of our software.

• Respond to incoming support tickets, ensuring our first response time remains under 4 hours.

• Take part in hackathons at client sites, actively developing innovative solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical background in Computational, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.

• Demonstrated experience in customer interactions, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to convey business value through technical solutions.

• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., OptiStruct, Siemens NX, CATIA, ANSYS, Nastran, Abaqus, LS-DYNA, etc.) and scripting languages (Python, C#).

• A keen interest in utilizing AI to tackle technical challenges.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in both English and German, with a passion for collaborating with customers and explaining complex subjects clearly and engagingly.
