Solution Engineer, Korean Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assess opportunities and prioritize them effectively.

• Lead comprehensive presales activities while crafting compelling value propositions.

• Conduct customized, high-level demonstrations that highlight business value.

• Ensure the delivery of impactful Rfxs, contextualized demonstrations, and persuasive Points of View (PoVs).

• Design solutions tailored to client requirements and their environment throughout the sales process.

• Address client concerns related to technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.

• Identify customer needs and present the most suitable UiPath solution.

• Develop solution architectures for secure implementations of the UiPath platform in on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud environments.

• Engage in knowledge sharing both within and outside the Presales team.

• Create solutions for various industry verticals.

• Assist marketing efforts through evangelism activities, which include writing blogs and participating in UiPath and industry events.

• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance functionalities and integrate external technologies into the UiPath ecosystem.

• Participate in product release cycles to advocate for new releases and provide input on the product roadmap.

• Proven track record in client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect roles.

• Excellent communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated experience in building relationships both internally and externally.

• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.

• Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.

• A solution-selling mindset.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a flair for innovative ideas.

• Team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in both English and Korean.
