Solution Engineer, Cantonese/Mandarin Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to assess opportunities and prioritize effectively.

• Spearhead comprehensive presales activities and formulate compelling value propositions.

• Conduct customized, high-level demonstrations that illustrate business value.

• Guarantee the delivery of robust RfX responses, contextualized demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.

• Design solutions that align with client requirements and environments throughout the sales process.

• Address client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.

• Advocate for UiPath solutions by identifying customer needs and presenting optimal solutions.

• Develop solution architectures for secure on-premises, hybrid, and public cloud UiPath implementations.

• Engage in knowledge sharing both within and outside the Presales team.

• Create solutions tailored for various industry verticals.

• Assist Marketing efforts through evangelism activities, which include writing blogs and participating in UiPath and industry events.

• Collaborate with Product teams to enhance functionality and integrate external technologies into the UiPath ecosystem.

• Participate in product release cycles, advocate for new releases, and provide insights on the product roadmap.

• Proven experience in client-facing presales, sales engineering, or solution architect roles.

• Excellent communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills with a track record of fostering strong internal and external relationships.

• Background in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies such as LLMs and agents.

• Familiarity with the UiPath platform is advantageous.

• Strong understanding of cloud and virtualization technologies.

• Solution-selling mentality.

• Self-driven and proactive mindset with creative ideas to promote customer loyalty and adoption.

• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
