Solution Engineer, Balkans

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Serve as the technical pre-sales liaison for potential customers, business partners, and the sales team.

• Grasp customer needs and convert them into product and solution proposals.

• Showcase, demonstrate, and articulate product features, use cases, and technical advantages.

• Assist in both on-site and remote customer meetings, workshops, proof of concepts, and project initiatives.

• Work together with Key Account Managers in the Balkan region, European office, distributor network, and channel partners on strategic sales efforts.

• Design and deliver technical training sessions for business partners and customers.

• Aid in the planning and execution of events, including technical arrangements and product demonstrations.

• Provide technical insights for sales opportunities, partner enablement, and go-to-market strategies.

• Occasionally offer technical support to existing customers to facilitate successful solution adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant IT qualification.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical position.

• Robust technical expertise in networking, storage, NAS, virtualization, and video surveillance.

• Capability to merge technical insight with customer and business requirements.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling abilities.

• Proficient in Serbian and/or Hungarian as well as English, both written and spoken.

• Experience collaborating with customers, partners, or channel organizations.

• Ability to convey complex technical subjects in a clear and engaging manner.

• Innovative, adaptable, and proactive problem-solving approach.

• High level of self-responsibility, ownership, and strategic thinking.

• Friendly, cooperative demeanor and a strong team-oriented attitude.

• Located in Novi Sad (Serbia) or nearby.

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for customer visits across the country.
