This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Identify and analyze the business challenges and issues faced by clients, facilitating targeted discovery sessions or workshops.

• Collaborate with business users to define, develop, and demonstrate solution prototypes.

• Create and deliver tailored demonstrations for customers, trade shows, and webinars.

• Effectively present and communicate the business value of the Sigma platform to various organizational levels.

• Provide product, technical, and security-related responses for RFPs/RFIs.

• Engage in product, sales, and relevant technology certifications to acquire, maintain, and enhance skill sets.

• Act as a team player by contributing, learning, and sharing knowledge with others.

• Be knowledgeable about integration and data migration strategies to support enterprise sales cycles.

• Handle multiple customer engagements simultaneously.

• Meet quarterly and annual objectives set by management.

• Become a Sigma advocate and product expert, serving as a trusted resource for prospects and customers seeking guidance and expertise.

• At least 5 years of experience in business intelligence.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Solid understanding of database concepts.

• Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.

• Familiarity with ETL processes using tools like Fivetran, Matillion, or traditional ETL methods.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proven experience in implementing production business intelligence solutions or proof of concepts.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.
