This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Demonstrating Qualified to potential clients through exceptional product showcases.
• Conducting customized demos, exploratory sessions, and technical workshops, averaging around 15 each week.
• Developing expertise in Qualified’s functionalities, client success stories, and industry best practices.
• Gaining a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, data enhancement, and other influential technologies.
• Managing the technical discovery and qualification stages for Qualified prospects.
• Offering strategic guidance on technical deal approaches.
• Collaborating with Account Executive teams to pinpoint customer business objectives, requirements, and challenges.
• Delivering technical answers to Security Questionnaires.
• Creating technical blog posts regarding Qualified’s functionalities.
• Serving as the customer advocate by consolidating, interpreting, and conveying product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Keeping abreast of industry developments related to technology products, partners, and competitors.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Over 5 years of pertinent Solutions Engineering experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enhancement.
• Outstanding communication abilities and a polished presentation style.
• Skill in explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences while being credible with highly technical individuals.
• Driven by solution sales and possessing a clear comprehension of business value.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering practical solutions to a complex array of customer demands, leading to successful deals.
• Comfortable presenting and conducting demos of our platform to large audiences.
• Proven ability to swiftly learn new concepts and technologies.
• Capable of performing well under uncertain, high-pressure, and impactful situations.
• Documented programming experience in either frontend or backend languages; knowledge of Apex is advantageous.
