This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serve as a product, industry, and technical authority in software for both the sales team and clients.
• Provide guidance and leadership during prospect and client interactions regarding direct revenue-generating solutions and their associated value propositions.
• Engage in Deep Dive Consultations: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify essential business and technical requirements, transforming them into comprehensive, multi-product solution blueprints that may incorporate partner solutions as well.
• Deliver high-quality demonstrations with clear objectives, success criteria, and scope management (as needed) to effectively showcase the value of Revinate solutions.
• Speak confidently about the CDP landscape and the ongoing evolution of technology within the software industry.
• Address RFIs, RFPs, and Infosec Questionnaires, while helping to create a repository of the latest product knowledge.
• Draft and present business case data for client-requested product enhancements, including identifying the business impact for product management.
• Manage technical sales FAQs, ensuring that responses to technology inquiries (e.g., availability, disaster recovery, PCI) are consistent and based on current, accurate information.
• Executive Presentation: Independently deliver and defend intricate technical architectures and value propositions to C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO, CMO) at prominent hotel brands, ownership groups, and large enterprises.
• Consult early in the sales cycle with Product Management on unique opportunities to ensure client expectations are effectively met.
• Act as a key account strategist, leveraging past client solution approaches to facilitate the successful orchestration of new partnerships.
• Assist in product training and onboarding processes for new sales representatives and solution engineers.
• Travel as required within the sales territory.
• Represent Revinate at business development events as necessary.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in a Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Architecture role, ideally within a SaaS, MarTech, Contact Center, or Revenue Management platform environment.
• Deep Domain Expertise: Expert-level understanding of the hospitality industry ecosystem, including PMS, CRS, CRM, booking engines, data warehouse structures, Call Center Technology, and prevalent API standards (e.g., HTNG) is preferred.
• Technical Acumen: Proven proficiency in discussing, architecting, and troubleshooting complex RESTful APIs, webhooks, SSO (SAML/OAuth), data security (PCI/GDPR), and cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization and encourage cross-functional teamwork.
• Consultative problem-solving skills.
• Organized and analytical mindset, capable of overcoming sales obstacles through innovative and flexible strategies.
• Utilize technology solutions to support business objectives.
• Self-driven with a history of exceptional performance in your role.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate, communicate, and document the value proposition, suitable solutions, and distinct market positioning.

• Adept at gathering requirements from and presenting recommendations to executive audiences in hospitality (corporate, ownership, and property).
