Solution Engineer – Amazon Connect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Present Amazon, Salesforce, and NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture's products and assets to clients.

• Facilitate discovery sessions, presentations, and workshops with potential and existing customers.

• Collect requirements for extensive Amazon Connect and transformation initiatives.

• Develop engaging demonstrations and present them to clients and prospects, highlighting the strengths of the Amazon and Salesforce platforms along with the value of NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture as a Consulting Partner.

• Prepare and adjust Proposals SOWs and craft responses to RFPs in collaboration with the NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team.

• Assist in the maintenance and updating of lead management, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce.

• Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to enhance efficiency in customer sales inquiries and product enhancements.

• Acquire knowledge about Salesforce, Einstein, and our AI products, providing recommendations to clients and internal teams on how to leverage Salesforce and AI for specific business objectives.

• Work closely with delivery on project scope and estimates, executing our pre-sales process with the utmost excellence.

• Relay customer feedback and solutions to product management to continuously advance our AppExchange product portfolio.

• Consistently ensure the highest possible standard of customer satisfaction.

• Foster innovation in Amazon and Salesforce capabilities and AI in full collaboration with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture’s Amazon Connect and AI teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 - 3 years of experience in selling CRM solutions/services, preferably within Amazon Connect.

• 2 - 3 years in a customer-facing role, with a preference for Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering experience.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• 2 - 3 years in a consulting capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of contact center telephony solutions.

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its architecture.

• A keen interest in rapidly learning about AI technologies.

• Excellent customer-facing skills.

• Detail-oriented with exceptional communication abilities.

• A collaborative team player.

• A strong desire to succeed and help drive the company forward.
