Solution Designer III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and development of cutting-edge food service, environmental services, facilities management, and support service solutions for new business initiatives, renewals, and strategic pursuits.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Commercial Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft competitive, client-oriented solutions that foster profitable growth.

• Develop operational models, staffing strategies, service delivery concepts, and capital improvement recommendations that align with client goals and business objectives.

• Lead solution development teams by offering technical expertise, coordinating project activities, and encouraging collaboration across various functions.

• Execute standardized solution design tools, methodologies, and quality processes while promoting continuous enhancements in efficiency, consistency, and operational excellence.

• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the solution lifecycle by assisting with client presentations, strategic deal negotiations, and resolving complex issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing intricate operational solutions within food service, facilities management, environmental services, or other outsourced service environments.

• Proven capability to convert client business requirements into scalable, innovative, and financially viable operational solutions.

• Strong project management, collaboration, and communication abilities, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.

• Financial acumen to assess solution feasibility, cost drivers, pricing considerations, and overall business performance.

• Proficiency in solution design, proposal, and CRM platforms, including Salesforce or similar business development tools.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring team members, influencing stakeholders, and managing multiple complex pursuits in a dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in French is considered a significant asset.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% within Canada and internationally is required.
