Solution Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the implementation of AI solutions, developed in collaboration with Contextual partners, for our clients.

• Combine consultative client interaction with proactive delivery leadership.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend their distinct business challenges.

• Convert client requirements into tangible AI workflows, utilizing technologies such as hyper-scale models, machine learning, and intelligent automation.

• Outline project strategy, essential timelines, and resource distribution.

• Supervise the configuration, integration, and deployment of data, connections, and workflows on Contextual.io.

• Set up testing procedures to verify AI outputs and process flows.

• Ensure consistent communication with client sponsors and project teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting or client-facing roles delivering technology solutions, with at least 2 years concentrated on AI/ML or intelligent automation.

• Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end solution delivery (from discovery to go-live) in a complex, enterprise setting.

• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with AI platforms or frameworks.

• Familiarity with the Contextual.io platform—or similar workflow automation environments—and a strong understanding of integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, messaging).

• Outstanding project management abilities and proficiency in resource coordination.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills; capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
