Solution Consultant – Veeva Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Tackle Distinct Challenges: Assess and comprehend customer obstacles to develop solutions that demonstrate how Vault Safety enhances the entire pharmacovigilance process.

• Highlight Value: Tailor and deliver persuasive presentations and value-driven demonstrations that emphasize the concrete advantages of the Veeva Safety Suite.

• Foster Innovation: Leverage your industry knowledge to determine how Veeva solutions can supplant manual procedures and direct customers toward a top-tier solution.

• Cultivate Relationships: Position yourself as a reliable advisor by nurturing substantial and trustworthy relationships with pharmacovigilance stakeholders.

• Lead & Address: Offer solution-oriented replies to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs) and spearhead Workshops and Proof of Concepts.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, Account Partners, and Strategy to guarantee customer success.

• Advocate: Assist in marketing initiatives such as creating videos, leading webinars, and participating in conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector.

• Extensive working knowledge and familiarity with comprehensive Pharmacovigilance processes (Case Management, Aggregate Reports, Analytics, Safety Signal Detection, Risk Management/RMPs, PSMF Management, and PV-Agreements).

• Outstanding presentation abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• Technical curiosity coupled with an understanding of cloud/SaaS technologies.

• Proactive self-starter; capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Openness to travel 20-30%, mainly within the EU.
