Solution Consultant – Veeva Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Tackle Distinct Challenges: Assess and comprehend customer issues to develop solutions that demonstrate how Vault Safety optimizes end-to-end pharmacovigilance workflows.

• Highlight Value: Tailor and present engaging, value-driven demonstrations that showcase the concrete advantages of the Veeva Safety Suite.

• Foster Innovation: Leverage your industry expertise to pinpoint how Veeva solutions can supplant manual workflows and guide clients towards a premier solution.

• Cultivate Relationships: Position yourself as a trusted advisor by forming deep, credible connections with pharmacovigilance stakeholders.

• Lead & Address: Deliver solution-oriented responses to Requests for Proposals/Information (RFPs/RFIs) and facilitate Workshops and Proof of Concepts.

• Collaborate: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, Account Partners, and Strategy to guarantee customer success.

• Advocate: Assist in marketing initiatives such as recording videos, presenting webinars, and participating in conferences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector.

• Comprehensive working knowledge of and familiarity with complete Pharmacovigilance processes (Case Management, Aggregate Reports, Analytics, Safety Signal Detection, Risk Management/RMPs, PSMF Management, and PV-Agreements).

• Outstanding presentation abilities and a collaborative mindset.

• Strong technical curiosity and an understanding of cloud/SaaS technology.

• Motivated self-starter; capable of operating independently in a dynamic environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Willing to travel 20-30%, mainly within the EU.
