Solution Consultant – Policy Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate consultative discussions to grasp customer requirements and ascertain which needs can be fulfilled through Guidewire software, services, or the ecosystem.

• Deliver presentations customized to customer needs, ranging from general showcases to detailed functional explorations, for audiences that include both front-line staff and senior executives.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the fundamental operations of a Property and Casualty insurer.

• Recognize new platform requirements and collaborate with Product Management to develop solutions.

• Provide written responses to inquiries and requests for information from analysts and potential clients.

• Aid in team training on new features and deal-related insights for continuous knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.

• Travel 30–40% as part of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.

• Background and expertise in Property and Casualty Insurance.

• Strong presentation skills with the ability to navigate challenging discussions.

• Proficient writing skills.

• Capability to collaborate across teams to formulate strategies and solutions tailored to specific deals and broader industry demands.

• Eagerness to learn and continuously enhance skills.

• Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and meets stringent deadlines.

• Understanding of AI platforms and concepts.

• Experience in Pre-Sales or other customer-facing positions.

• Experience in configuring policy administration, pricing, and rating systems.

• Knowledge of enterprise-scale systems and Guidewire’s role within the system landscape.

• Awareness of cloud computing and SaaS industry trends.

• Must successfully complete criminal history and other relevant background checks.
