Solution Consultant Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and elevate the SC function from inception to a world-class competitive standard.

• Act as DualEntry’s primary solutions consultant during sales discussions, simplifying intricate finance and accounting processes into straightforward product solutions.

• Conduct customized product demonstrations based on each prospect’s workflows, data, and success metrics (expertise in ASC 606 is advantageous).

• Manage technical discovery and address technical concerns related to integrations, data migration, security, reporting, and future capabilities.

• Create proof-of-concepts and demo environments for various industry verticals we target.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize the roadmap using customer feedback.

• Develop and standardize demo assets, playbooks, and technical materials to enhance the Solutions function and onboard future team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a high level of initiative.

• Solid accounting background: experience in audit/public accounting and/or in-house finance at a technology or rapidly growing company.

• Comprehensive understanding of accounting operations from start to finish: closing, journal entries, approvals, reconciliations, multi-entity management, reporting, controls, etc.

• Expertise in one or two complex accounting areas (e.g., revenue recognition, inventory, foreign exchange, leases, consolidation).

• Familiarity with the CFO systems stack (ERP, billing, payroll, banking, AP/AR, FP&A, BI) and ability to trace workflows across various tools.

• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions: integrations, APIs, data imports/migrations, security, and architectural trade-offs.

• Capable of conducting demonstrations and communicating effectively with both CFOs and engineers, including the development of scalable SC processes and playbooks.
