• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by addressing customer business challenges.

• Engage with stakeholders in IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.

• Support and take the lead on large-scale enterprise transactions.

• Conduct value-driven workshops for potential clients.

• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at various company events.

• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting position.

• Proven history of working alongside a sales team to achieve or surpass revenue targets.

• Experience as a key technical resource for introducing new technologies into emerging markets.

• Background in Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.

• Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring or similar functions related to end-user experience.

• Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or related migration, release, or change projects.

• Understanding of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service practices.

• Expertise in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance fields.

• Proven ability to navigate complex solution environments effectively.

• Strong business acumen and strategic insight.
