This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for Nexthink, championing the business value of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge to address customer business challenges and demonstrate value.
• Illustrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives and translate into quantifiable business outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink provides value.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions, utilizing industry insights to maintain momentum in deals.
• Conduct and facilitate value-based workshops that enable prospects to fully grasp how Nexthink meets their strategic priorities and major challenges.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at significant company events and marketing initiatives.
• Advocate for Nexthink both internally and externally as a recognized thought leader.
• This role is field-based, requiring domestic travel to client sites throughout the Southeast Region, with occasional travel to other Nexthink locations across the USA and internationally.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting capacity.
• Established track record of collaborating with a sales organization to achieve or surpass assigned revenue targets.
• Experience acting as a key technical resource in introducing new technology to a new market.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
• Knowledge in Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functions.
• Involvement in cloud, Windows 10, O365, or other migration, release, or change-related projects.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service disciplines.
• Background in Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance fields.
• Proven ability to navigate complex solution environments.
• Strong business acumen — capable of translating business contexts into creative and practical solutions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision and possessing the judgment to know when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy, with the capability to rapidly learn about Nexthink's products, services, and business operations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders and executives.
