This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for Nexthink, advocating for the business advantages of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging in-depth product knowledge to address customer business challenges and illustrate value.
• Demonstrate how Nexthink solutions align with broader customer initiatives and translate into quantifiable business results.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management to identify use cases where Nexthink provides value.
• Support and lead large-scale enterprise transactions, utilizing industry expertise to advance deals effectively.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops that enable prospects to fully grasp how Nexthink meets their strategic goals and major challenges.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at significant company events and marketing initiatives.
• Advocate for Nexthink both within the organization and externally as a recognized thought leader.
• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting capacity, preferably in selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success in collaborating with a sales organization to meet or surpass assigned revenue targets.
• Experience acting as a key technical resource for introducing new technology to a new market.
• Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
• Knowledge of Digital Experience Monitoring or related end-user experience functions.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or other migration-, release-, or change-related projects.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or similar quality-of-service disciplines.
• Knowledge of Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex solutions environments.
• Strong business acumen—capable of translating business context into innovative, practical solutions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable working autonomously with minimal guidance, possessing the judgment to know when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy, with the capacity to quickly learn about Nexthink's products, services, and business model.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities, with the presence to engage senior leaders and executives.
• A collaborative team player who excels at finding solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
