This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Become a recognized expert and thought leader in Nexthink.
• Advocate for the business advantages of the Nexthink Platform both internally and externally.
• Assist the local sales territory in surpassing revenue targets through active presales support.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Partner teams to grasp business priorities and local market requirements.
• Aid the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging extensive product knowledge.
• Address customer business challenges and showcase the value provided.
• Illustrate how Nexthink solutions align with wider customer initiatives.
• Convert technical capabilities into quantifiable business results.
• Engage stakeholders across IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Highlight use cases where Nexthink adds substantial value.
• Lead and support large-scale enterprise deals.
• Utilize industry expertise to maintain deal momentum.
• Conduct and facilitate value-driven workshops for prospective clients.
• Represent Nexthink as a speaker at corporate events and marketing initiatives.
• Promote Nexthink both internally and externally as a recognized thought leader.
• Travel to client locations throughout the Northeast Region, with occasional trips to other Nexthink offices in the USA and internationally.
• Over 5 years of experience in an enterprise presales or technical consulting position.
• Preferably experience selling End User Computing SaaS/cloud-based solutions.
• Proven success in collaborating with a sales team to achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Experience in introducing new technology to a new market as a principal technical resource.
• Background in Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services and their management.
• Familiarity with Digital Experience Monitoring or similar end-user experience functionalities.
• Experience with cloud technologies, Windows 10, O365, or projects related to migration, release, or change.
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework, Service Lifecycle, or related quality-of-service fields.
• Understanding of Security, Governance, Risk, or Compliance areas.
• Capability to navigate through complex solutions environments.
• Strong business insight and the ability to convert business context into innovative, practical solutions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Good judgment in knowing when to escalate issues.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn about Nexthink's products, services, and operations.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to engage with senior leaders and executives effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client sites and occasionally to Nexthink locations in the USA and abroad.
