Solution Consultant III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify the business requirements of customers and assess their current operational state.

• Create change management strategies that align with both current and future operational states.

• Monitor the fulfillment of requirements and the success of adoption.

• Cultivate ongoing partnerships with customers and establish trusted-advisor relationships.

• Link business requirements to the functional capabilities of RealPage products.

• Design solution frameworks to ensure successful implementations.

• Facilitate presale and implementation discovery conversations with customer stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Engagement Management on project plans for implementation.

• Organize and oversee system design in conjunction with internal delivery teams.

• Plan and execute go-live activities for solution integration, training, and continued support.

• Guide and mentor team members.

• Engage in team and departmental initiatives.

• Work collaboratively across internal business units for successful implementations.

• Interact directly with customers and internal stakeholders to design scalable, flexible, and resilient SaaS solutions.

• Provide strategic advice throughout the complete lifecycle of implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the Multifamily sector.

• In-depth knowledge of various RealPage product families and their integrations.

• Advanced proficiency in all Consulting processes.

• Capability to engage and lead discussions with C-Level executives.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% as required.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Capacity to work independently, manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and take ownership of various projects.

• Proficiency in operating a personal computer.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
