Solution Consultant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify the business requirements of customers and assess the current operational state.

• Create a change management strategy to ensure alignment between the current and future operational states.

• Monitor the achievement of established requirements and the success of adoption efforts.

• Foster an ongoing customer partnership and establish a trusted advisor relationship.

• Align business needs with the functional capabilities of RealPage products.

• Develop a solution framework to facilitate a successful implementation.

• Lead presale and implementation discovery meetings with key customer stakeholders.

• Collaborate with the Engagement Management team to contribute to the broader implementation project plan.

• Strategize and manage system design in cooperation with internal delivery teams for effective execution.

• Organize and implement go-live activities related to solution integration, which includes training and ongoing support.

• Participate in team and/or departmental initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Multifamily sector.

• Advanced knowledge of several RealPage products and their integrations.

• Intermediate proficiency in Consulting Processes.

• Capability to engage and lead discussions with Directors and/or regional-level contacts.

• Limited travel required.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
