This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
β’ Provide daily technical support for sales opportunities.
β’ Conduct discovery meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POVs), and closeout meetings.
β’ Interact with customers and prospects to showcase Nexthink solutions while articulating value propositions and unique differentiators.
β’ Respond to technical inquiries with authority and credibility.
β’ Collaborate with IT Security, IT Operations, and IT Service Management stakeholders to present relevant use cases.
β’ Complete technical and security questionnaires, RFIs, and RFPs in compliance with Federal standards.
β’ Establish yourself as a Nexthink subject matter expert and thought leader both internally and externally.
β’ Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by leveraging knowledge of product capabilities and Department of Defense (DoD) requirements.
β’ Conduct technical validation cycles, including POCs/POVs, to secure the technical win.
β’ Participate in webinars, marketing events, and trade shows as a technical subject matter expert.
β’ Report to the Senior Director of Solution Consulting (North America), with daily priorities set by the local sales leader and sales team.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of presales experience selling to DoD Agencies.
β’ U.S. citizenship is required due to U.S. Government regulations.
β’ Prior or active DoD clearance at the secret level or higher.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
β’ Familiarity with the Federal market.
β’ Functional knowledge of current industry security standards and regulations for Federal engagements.
β’ An entrepreneurial mindset with the capacity to work independently with minimal guidance.
β’ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a high-velocity sales environment.
β’ Quick learner with Nexthink products and services.
β’ Openness to adapt to a rapidly growing and dynamic organization.
β’ Previous experience in End User Computing environments, IT Service Management, or Security/Governance/Risk/Compliance is desirable.
β’ Willingness to travel 30β40% or more depending on seasonal requirements.
β’ Occasional international travel may be necessary.
