Solution Consultant – Customer Expansion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver software or solution demonstrations to current clients, both on-site and remotely.

• Set up, configure, and manage demonstration databases.

• Conduct thorough research and analysis on customer needs and state requirements to effectively customize product discussions and demonstrations.

• Collaborate with personnel at all organizational levels (C-level, Director level, and End Users) to conduct needs assessments and address product-related, technical, and process inquiries.

• Assist the sales process through various marketing initiatives, such as trade shows, as necessary.

• Create and routinely update demonstration materials tailored for internal, external, and client-specific purposes.

• Engage in customer user groups and product advisory boards as a technical expert and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product.

• Coordinate with other internal departments (such as help desk, product, projects, quality assurance/testing, and implementation services) as required to ensure that sales demonstration and implementation goals are aligned with product development and customer needs.

• Align customer requirements with new features or upgrades to identify gaps and new functionalities that must be addressed during the demonstration and implementation phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a technical or behavioral health discipline. Equivalent additional years of work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

• In the absence of systems consulting experience, a minimum of 3 years of combined experience in the following areas may be considered: a highly technical healthcare software sales/account management role or a role focused on EHR systems (implementation/training/support/product analysis, etc.).

• Experience in the behavioral healthcare sector (including mental health, addictions, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and social services).

• Practical experience with EHR or EMR systems.
