Solution Consultant – Core Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement SAP Fioneer banking solutions as part of digital transformation initiatives.

• Collaborate with customers to gain insights into their business challenges, strategic goals, and transformation requirements.

• Evaluate business processes, requirements, and operating models to discover opportunities for enhancement and innovation.

• Convert business needs into functional solution concepts and impactful solution designs.

• Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders to delineate future-state processes, capabilities, and solution requirements.

• Assist in the conceptualization and design of new banking products, business capabilities, and tailored solution enhancements for customers.

• Identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory changes that affect the banking sector.

• Create persuasive business cases and value propositions for clients.

• Prepare and deliver customized presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions to business and IT stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.

• 2-5 years of professional experience in executing digital transformation or technology-focused projects; experience in Financial Services is a plus.

• Interest in enterprise software, integration technologies, and business process transformation; prior experience with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Strong customer orientation with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering value.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with a collaborative approach to addressing complex challenges.
