This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Assist customers in the planning, deployment, migration, operation, and maintenance of endpoint security systems.

• Oversee daily deployments, operations, and upkeep of Trellix solutions within customer environments.

• Act as a cybersecurity Subject-Matter Expert for clients.

• Develop technical project plans, schedules, test plans, deployment strategies, and migration plans.

• Produce technical documentation and briefings.

• Engage in technical exchange meetings.

• Create engineering artifacts such as system design diagrams.

• Lead or take part in development testing, debugging, pre-deployment testing, and post-deployment testing.

• Assess technical/integration requirements and formulate solutions for customer evaluation.

• Oversee and manage system health, status, availability, and performance.

• A minimum of 5 years in a technical role within the cybersecurity or IT security sector.

• Experience in large-scale operational settings with an emphasis on cyber defense.

• Proven experience in incident analysis and building defensive capabilities.

• Practical experience with at least two or more security technologies, such as EDR, XDR, or NDR.

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Virtualization, and Cloud Services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

• Background in Threat Hunting / Incident Response.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to establish strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Proven technical expertise in cybersecurity operations, engineering, systems engineering, and/or administration of Windows and Linux.

• Fluency in Polish, German, and English is required.
