Solution Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Continuously enhance and develop expertise in the CLM domain, including use cases, best practices, and the technology solutions that facilitate digital transformation.

• Deliver exceptional, high-quality billable work throughout all stages of project delivery – from requirements and discovery to solution design, architecture, product configuration, testing, training, and project management.

• Utilize expert knowledge of technology solutions and a consultative approach to guide Clients toward the most effective solution design tailored to their specific needs.

• Execute tasks and deliverables that may span multiple, concurrent Client projects while adhering to timelines and budgets outlined in project plans and statements of work (SOWs).

• Build strong relationships with Client team members to foster a receptive environment and lay the groundwork for a positive project experience for all involved.

• Maintain clear and transparent communication internally and externally regarding project performance, issues, risks, and other factors that could influence the achievement of established goals.

• Produce high-quality project documentation, including requirements documents, training materials, test scripts, process flow diagrams, and presentations.

• Operate in accordance with Marshfield’s Information Security policy to ensure that both Marshfield’s and its Customers’ information is managed, processed, and retained securely and privately.

⛳️ Requirements

• A BA/BS degree in a Business or Technical discipline.

• At least 4 years of experience working directly with businesses/customers in a project-oriented capacity to comprehend business needs and apply technology solutions accordingly.

• Proven experience in business process design and optimization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Naturally detail-oriented and analytical.

• Self-motivated and capable of effectiveness without constant supervision.

• A minimum of 4 years of consulting experience, whether internally or externally facing.

• Docusign Implementation Consultant/Architect Certification.

• Experience in the Contract/Document Management domain and familiarity with specific CLM tools such as DocuSign CLM/SpringCM, Conga, Icertis, Apptus, etc.

• Experience with implementing a workflow/BPM tool.

• Understanding of technical concepts, including XML, xPath, SQL, SOQL, and ETL.

• Proficiency in Project Management based on waterfall or agile methodologies (bonus if applied to SaaS implementation projects).

• Highly organized, able to manage time-sensitive tasks for multiple clients/stakeholders effectively.

• Demonstrates grit and determination to meet objectives, with a readiness to go the extra mile to ensure Client satisfaction.

• Empathetic, viewing problems from various perspectives to grasp motivations, drivers, and key pivot points.

• Exhibits high integrity, interpersonal skills, and enthusiasm.
